TNC’s first six month profit surpasses 73pct year’s plan

Thong Nhat Rubber JSC (TNC) has announced financial statements for Q2/2012. Accordingly, TNC gained 57.85 billion dong, 6.5 times higher than that in Q2/2011 due to 47 billion dong of revenue from rubber latex.

In addition, the company’s original costs of rubber latex for sale increased by 25 billion dong year-on-year. TNC’s consolidated profit reached 21.68 billion dong.

In Q2/2012, TNC gained after tax profit of 24.7 billion dong, up 190 percent over the same period last year.

Cumulatively in six months, TNC reached 119 billion dong revenue, 64.98 billion dong of pre tax profit, up 2.2 percent against Jan-Jun period last year. Thus, TNC surpassed the year’s pre tax profit plan by 72.8%.
