Tribeco lists additional 20m shares on the southern bourse

Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (STC) lately announced that Saigon Brewery Joint Stock Co (Tribeco – coded TRI) would officially list additional 20 million shares on the southern bourse. These shares were issued for the company’s strategic partners in accordance with the resolution approved in 2009 shareholders meeting.

At the same time, STC approved for Hanoi P&T Construction and Installation Joint Stock Co (Hacisco – coded HAS) to list supplementary 2,008,094 shares and My Chau Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Co (coded MCP) of 2,902,318 shares.
