TV4 pays 2011 dividend in shares
Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Co No 4 (coded TV4) announced to close the shareholders list on June 26, 2012 for paying 2011 dividend in shares.
The dividend would be paid at an applied rate of 20 percent or each shareholder who owns 100 shares would receive additional 20 new shares.
The new shares would be unlimited-transfer ones.
