TVD gets nod for listing additional 9.7m shares

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has lately approved in principle for Vinacomin-Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Co (coded TVD) for listing additional 9,716,466 shares on the northern bourse, with total share value of over 97 billion dong.

Those shares have been issued for allocating bonus shares for existing shareholders and offering for existing shareholders under the resolution No 13944/2011/NQ-DHDCD dated October 29, 2011 in the extraordinary shareholders meeting last year.
