Two firms close shareholders list for paying dividend

Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Co (coded PDN) and Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Joint Stock Co (coded SRF) announced to close the shareholders list for paying dividend.

In details, DNP would set September 23 as the registration deadline to close the shareholders list for advancing first round dividend in cash at 10 percent ratio. The payment date would be October 3, 2011.

Similarly, SRF would close the shareholders list on October 5, 2011 to pay 2011 dividend – the firsts round in cash at the same ratio of 10 percent. The dividend will be paid to existing shareholders from October 20, 2011.
