Two more property trading floors launched

Two more real estate firms opened property trading floors on Tuesday to facilitate trading activities in their own property projects and with other projects in compliance with a rule demanding all property transactions conducted via a floor.

South Saigon Development Corp, known as Sadeco, launched its property trading floor Saree at CI8 Ong Lon River Villa Section on Nguyen Van Linh Blvd in Binh Hung Commune in the outlying district of Binh Chanh in HCM City.

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Co (BCCI) setup its second property trading floor on Pham Ngoc Thach Street in District 3, following the success of its first one in Binh Tan District which was established over a year ago like other property trading floors in town, the newly established ones will also be venues providing services of trading, brokerage, valuation, consultation and property management among others.

Ngo Dinh The Thao, marketing director of BCCI, said that the company would use this floor to trade other properties as well.

According to a recent report by the Department of Housing and Property Market Management, which runs under the umbrella of the Construction Ministry, 226 trading floors have been established and published on the ministry’s website as of September. HCM City has 123, Hanoi 82, Binh Duong Province nine, Da Nang six, Kien Giang and Dong Thap provinces two each and Lang Son and Quang Nam provinces one each.
