UDC: February 22 as Ex-date for 2012 AGM

Urban Development and Construction Corporation (UDC) announced February 22 as ex-date and February 24 as record date for holding its 2012 Annual general Meeting (AGM).

The AGM will be held on March 23 at its officer, No. 37 road 3/2, ward 8, Vung Tau city.

The AGM will pass 2011 business results, 2012 plans, 2011 profit distribution, charter amendment and some other contents.
