V15: February 23 as Ex-date for 2012 AGM, 2010 Cash Dividend

The Vietnam Construction JSC. No. 15 (V15) announces February 23 as the ex-date and February 27 as the record date for 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) and 2010 second cash dividend payment.

The company estimated to hold the meeting on March 29 to pass 2011 business results, 2012 business plan, 2007-2012 reports of Board of directors, Board of Supervisors and other contents.

The firm will pay the dividend on March 23 at VND700/share.
