V21: July 5 as Ex-date for 2011 Cash Dividend Payment and New Share Issuance
Construction No. 21 JSC. (V21) announced July 5 as ex-date and July 9 as record-date for its 2011 cash dividend payment and new share issuance for its existing shareholders as below:
1. The firm will make 2011 cash dividend payment at VND1,400/share on November 30, 2012.
2. The firm plans to issue 3.34 million new shares for its existing shareholders at 1-for-2 ratio (shareholder owns 1 shares can buy 2 new shares), at VND10,000/share.
Odd shares and unsold shares will be offered to other investors with no lower 10,000/share.
These are free-transfer shares. Buying right transfer is from July 25-August 17 and selling time is from July 25-August 21.
