Valid documents on land use rights

With respect to land areas, which are issued with a certificate on land use rights prior to October 15, 1993 and for which the land use fee has been paid or for which the land use fee is not required to be paid at the moment of issuance of the certificate on land use rights, the certificate on land use rights shall be considered as a valid document and the land area shall not be subject to payment of land use fee. (According to Official Letter 1915 TCT/NV7 dated May 30, 2003 of GDT).
