VAT applicable to cable transportation
Cable transportation is subject to a VAT rate of 5%. In case where the enterprise has declared and calculated VAT at the rate of 10% with respect to such activity, the VAT rate shall not be re-adjusted. (According to Official Letter 9097 TC/TCT dated September 1, 2003 of MOF)
