VFM Funds purchase 1.3m SD5 shares in the share-issuing period

Song Da Joint Stock Co No 5 (coded SD5) has announced about the changes in holding rate of the company’s large shareholders.
In details, Vietnam Investment Fund Management Joint Stock Co (VFM) and its member companies have changed the holdings at SD5.
VFM has sold out 52,100 shares, equal to 0.58 percent of the total holdings in order to reduce the holdings rate to zero.

The Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VF1) purchased 1 million shares in SD5′s additional share-issuing period to raise its holdings from 320,700 to 1,320,700 shares, equal to ratio of 14.66 percent.

The Vietnam Development Fund (VF2) registered to purchase 300,000 SD5 shares to increase its holdings from 270,000 to 570,000 shares, or 6.33 percent.

The transaction finished on February 3, 2010.
After February 24 trading session, SD5-coded share price fell by 700 dong to 61,300 dong per share.
