Viet Duc steel pipe maker to list 7m shares on HaSTC

The Hanoi Securities Transaction Centre (HaSTC) yesterday March 24 received the application from the Viet Duc Steel Pipe Joint Stock Co (VG Pipe) to list seven million shares at 10,000 dong par with the total value of 70 billion dong on the northern bourse.

VG Pipe operates in fields of manufacturing steel pipes, stainless steel pipes and trading other steel products.

Earlier, HaSTC received other applications from Lilama 69-1 Joint Stock Co and Song Da Transport Joint Stock Co to list shares on the bourse.

Particularly, Lilama 69-1 with a chartered capital of 70.15 billion dong, of which state holds 51% and shareholders hold 49%, registered to list 7.015 million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par.

Song Da Transport Joint Stock Co with a chartered capital of 10 billion dong registered to list one million ordinary shares at 10,000 dong par.
