Vietnam Stocks: PetroVietnam Finance, ICF, Dong Phu Rubber
Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in Vietnam trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and prices are as of the 11 a.m. local-time close.
The VN Index, the benchmark measure of the HCM City Stock Exchange, fell 1.1 percent to 434.75.
PetroVietnam Finance Joint-Stock Co. (PVF VN), which issues corporate debt, dropped 4.7 percent to 20,300 dong. The company started listing 100 million shares today, the exchange said in a statement on its website.
Investment Commerce Fisheries Corp (ICF), which cultivates and processes aquatic products, rose 3.9 percent to 8,100 dong, the highest since May 18. The company will pay its shareholders a dividend of 1,300 dong a share on July 7, it said in a statement on the bourse’s website.
Dong Phu Rubber Joint-Stock Co. (DPR VN), the second- largest listed rubber company, fell 4.4 percent, the most since February 24, to 54,000 dong.
