Vinatex revenue climbs 11%

Vietnam Textile and Garment Corp (Vinatex) recorded total 2005 revenue of 16.2655 trillion dong an increase of 10.95 against 2004, in which exports reached US$896.7 million an increase of 9.7%, said Vu Duc Thinh general director of Vinatex.
Large-scale businesses including Hanoi textile and garment, Dong Xuan, Hoa Tho, Viet Tien still kept its high growth rate. Member businesses of Vinatex have earned profit of 151.3 billion dong a rise of 61% against 2004.
