Vneco 8 to list shares on HNX

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) yesterday announced to receive the application profile submitted by Vneco 8 Power Engineering Joint Stock Co. That company registered for listing 1.8 million shares on the northern bourse.

Accordingly, Vneco 8 has chartered capital of 18 billion dong, of which 100 percent of shares were kept by domestic shareholders. The company mainly operates in constructing the power generation works, power grid and transformer stations up to 500KV, conducting construction on civil and industrial works, traffic roads, irrigation, telecommunication, sport, investing and building small and medium hydropower plants.
