VOF Investment Limited raises holding in TMS to 17.33pct stake

HCM City-based Foreign Trade Forwarding and Warehousing Joint Stock Co (coded TMS) has announced the holding ratio of its majority shareholder namely VOF Investment Limited whereby this shareholder received 1.1 million TMS-coded shares being converted from bond and bonus shares, raising its holding to 17.33 percent stake in TMS.

Earlier, VOF Investment Limited owned 2.86 million TMS shares, or 12.39 percent of chartered capital of TMS.

Particularly, VOF Investment Limited received 142,000 bonus shares and 996,000 shares being converted from bonds on July 24.

Thus, VOF Investment Limited owns nearly four million TMS-coded shares, equalling to 17.33 percent stake in TMS.

Since July 31, the total number of TMS-coded shares in circulation in the market has reached 27.87 million.
