VSC: December 29 as Ex-date for 2011 AGM, Second Cash Dividend Payment

Vietnam Container Shipping JSC. (VSC) announced December 29, 2011 as ex-date and January 3, 2012 as record date for holding 2011 Annual general Meeting (AGM), and paying 2011 second cash dividend.

The company expects to hold the AGM on February 23, 2012 to pass 2011 business results, 2012 plans, report of the Board of Supervisors, and some other contents.

The STC listed firm will pay dividend at VND2,000/share on January 18, 2012.
