VSC to issue 150,000 shares to current employees

The management board of Container Vietnam Joint Stock Co (coded VSC) announced to issue 150,000 shares under ESOP programme for selected employees, instead of offering 150,000 fund shares for current workers at price of 10,000 dong per share as initially planned.

If the share issuance ends successfully, the company’s chartered capital would be hiked from 238.95 billion dong to 240.45 billion dong.

The issuance would take place in Q3.
