VSH generates over 552m kWh electricity in H1/2012

Vinh Son-Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Co (coded VSH) has reported its production situation for the first six months of this year whereby till the end of June, VSH generated more than 552 million kWh electricity, including over 265 million kWh electricity in Q2/2012.

VSH has delayed its annual general meeting (AGM) 2012, which was scheduled on June 20, due to its uncompleted electricity price negotiation with Electricity of Vietnam (EVN).

With the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT)’s approval to increase average electricity price by 5 percent to 1,369 dong/kWh (excluding value added tax-VAT) from July 1, VSH expects to soon end electricity price negotiation with EVN to organise its AGM.
