Western Union launches new transfer service

Western Union, a subsidiary of First Data Corp (the US), announced that it would start to launch the overseas monetary transfer service in Vietnam.
With this service, transactions and trade exchanges of people in Vietnam with customers and relatives living outside Vietnam will become very convenient. Money can be sent to any bank in the world and within 10 minutes, beneficiaries will be able to receive the money.
This service will be conducted at the system of three banks including Asia Commercial Bank, Vietnam Bank for Private Enterprises (VPBank) and Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (Bidv).
Currently, Western Union has 271,000 sale agents in 200 countries and territories, and now it has arrived in Vietnam.
