Work on North Xuan An residential area and trade centre starts

Rang Dong Group on April 17 broke ground the project of building Rang Dong trade centre and North Xuan An residential area in Phan Thiet city, in the central province of Binh Thuan.

Rang Dong trade centre covering an area of four hectares with a total investment of nearly 1.34 trillion dong will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase (2012-2014), the group will build supermarkets and low-rise housing system. In the second phase (from 2014), the group will build 10-story commercial tower that is expected to be in operational in the fourth quarter of 2016.

North Xuan An residential area covers an area of 28.4 hectares with the purpose of creating construction land fund for building housing for Phan Thiet urban zone and serving resettlement. Located in two wards of Phu Thuy and Xuan An, the residential area has other works such as green area, trade centre, service area, sport area and culture area.
