Work starts on Movenpick Hotels & ResidencesRisemount Apartment in Danang

Construction of Movenpick Hotel & ResidencesRisemount Apartment Twin Towers invested by PAVNC RISEMOUNT has been started in the central city of Danang in celebration of the ongoing Apec 2017 Economic Leaders’ Week.

The VND1.8 trillion project covers 5,000 square meters in Hai Chau District and is scheduled for completion in late 2019. With two 31-storey towers, Movenpick Hotel & ResidencesRisemount Apartment will have 300 luxury apartments, 151 hotel rooms and 259 condotels.

Located on Nhu Nguyet Street, the twin towers will overlook Danang City’s most popular attractions like the Han River, Son Tra Mountain, Danang Bay, and the East Sea.

Partners involved in the project include Wright Architecture Co Ltd from Japan, Australian interior designer Darkhorse, and Vietnamese architectural design consultancy A.S.P.T. The project will be managed and operated by Movenpick Group from Switzerland.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, PAVNC RISEMOUNT signed a loan contract with local commercial joint-stock bank VietABank and an agreement with construction contractor Hoa Binh Corporation.

Shinsuke Imasaka, chair of Raito Sekkei, said the project has a unique and eye-catching design.

According to Andrew Frost, general director of Darkhorse, the interior design of the project is inspired by the flow of Han River, the blue color of the East Sea and the sunshine, making the apartments and hotel rooms elegant and comfortable.

Andrew Langdon, chief development officer at Movenpick, said the five-star Movenpick Han River Danang would become one of the best hotels on the west bank of Han River, with rooftop bar, restaurants, elegant lobby lounge, meeting rooms of international standards, and Movenpick spa.

Residents and customers of Movenpick Hotels & ResidencesRisemount Apartment Danang can have a good view of the sea, mountains, green park and square. Other amenities include commercial centre, smart parking lot, international school and swimming pool.
