Hotel on 14th annual “It List” of best new and renovated hotels around the world.

Anantara Quy Nhon Villas was one of ten hotels in Asia listed as the best in the world by Travel + Leisure.

Travel + Leisure released its 14th annual “It List”a selection of the best new and renovated hotels in the world. The list can be found at TravelandLeisure.com and in its March issue, available on newsstands from February 25.

Each year its editors check in on hundreds of new hotels around the globe in search of properties that offer a winning alchemy of setting, design, and service. They then cooperate with Travel + Leisure’s global network of travel writers, contributors, and agents to narrow down the list.

“Hotels are a prominent part of the travel experience, which is why we devote an entire issue to this topic each year,” said Jacqueline Gifford, Editor-in-Chief of Travel + Leisure. “With more than 70 hotels chosen, from a colorful escape in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, to two safari resorts in Namibia, we’re excited to share why these properties excite us, how they connect us to people, and the many ways they provide comfort when we’re far from home.”

Located in a secluded bay known for its impossibly-wide beaches and emerald waters, Anantara Quy Nhon redefines a luxurious beachside holiday with private infinity pools in each villa, in-room host services, and unique spa offerings, plus a range of experiences that showcase this hidden gem in Vietnam.

The 26 one- and two-bedroom ocean-facing villas are ensconced amid 7.2 ha of landscaped tropical gardens. The resort is designed to blend seamlessly into the natural environment, with locally-sourced materials, traditional craftsmanship, and regional influences discreetly incorporated into its contemporary design. The spacious villas boast sleek timber sundecks made from locally-crafted wood, oversized bathtubs, private pools, and extended low overhanging roofs. Vietnamese blue stone accents the look in the common areas, while granite and marble elements introduce a touch of modern luxury.

Anantara Quy Nhon officially opened its doors in mid-December.
