* Sea & Air Freight International (SFI) has announced January 4 as the ex-dividend date to  pay a provisional dividend at 10% for 2016. The  firm said it would make payments on January 16.

* Thanh Vinh Business Development Company has registered to purchase 100,000 shares of Phuong Nam Cultural Corporation (PNC) to revise up its holding to 2.6 million shares (24.2%) from December 28 to January 25.

* Lam Son Transport Company has registered to sell its entire stake of 1.6 million shares (2.3%) in Lam Son Sugar Corporation (LS ) in one month starting from December 30.

* Petrolimex Insurance Corporation said it would pay a 2016 dividend in cash for shareholders at 10% on the record date of January  3. Payments are due on January 17.

* DC Developing Markets trategie Public limited Company has registered to buy 500,000 shares of Vietnam Dairy Products Company (VNM) to increase its stake to 1.3 million shares (0.09%) between December 28 and January 24.

* Vietnam Construction Company No.7 (VC7) said its total outstanding volume has climbed to 10.9 million shares after an issuance of 2.9 million  shares to increase equity. The new shares will be available for trading on December 30.

* An Binh Securities Company has  registered to sell all its take totaling 2.1 million shares (1.79%) in Hanoi Investment General  Corporation in one month starting from December 26.

* Danang Education Development and Investment Company (DAD) will pay a 2016  dividend in cash for hareholders at 17% on the record date of December 29. Payments are slated for January 16.

* Sam Cuong Material Electric and  Telecom Corporation (SMT) has issued 938,930  shares for investor, sending its total outstanding volume rising to 54.6 million shares. The new shares will be tradable on December 30 but 132,553 shares are not transferable until November 21.
