* Dat Xanh Tay Bac Investment and Development Joint Stock Company will offer apartments of the Full House project for sale early next month. Located inHCMCity’s outlying district of Binh Tan, the project consists of two 20-floor blocks which supplies 192 apartments of 52-78 square meters.

* Viglacera, the investor of Dang Xa 2 Urban Area inHanoi’s Gia Lam District, will build budget houses for lease targeting low-income earners. Two apartment blocks will be built to provide 270 apartments of different sizes, from 45 to 69.5 square meters. The current rent is set at some 30,000 per square metre per month.

* Audi Vietnam yesterday introduced its latest car models of A3 Sportback, A7 Sportback, Audi TT and A8L 3.0 quattro to local media prior to the Vietnam Motors Show 2014 which will open today inHCMCity.

* Can Don Hydro Power Company (SJD) has announced November 27 as the ex-dividend date to pay 2013 dividend in cash for shareholders at 22 percent.

* Long Hiep Company has registered to sell 300,000 shares of HAI Agrochem Company (HAI) to reduce its stake from 3.4 percent to 1.7 percent within one month starting from November 21.

* Individual investor Vu Thi Phuong wants to offload her entire stake of around 122,000 shares, or nearly 0.3 percent, at Viet Thang Feed Company (VTF) over one month starting from November 20.

* Hoa Sen Group (HSG) said it would establish Luc Ngan branch on National Highway No. 31 inPhuong Son Commune, Luc Ngan District,BacGiangProvince. The new branch will manufacture and trade

in different types of plastic and steel pipes.

* Saigon Hanoi Commercial Bank (SHB) has been recognised as the “Best Vietnamese Enterprise 2014 by Asean Business Advisory Council. With this award, SHB became one often enterprises in the region being honored at the Asean Business Award 2014 Ceremony inMyanmar.

* Gemadept Corporation (GMD), one of the leading logistics companies in Vietnam, reported profit of over 534 billion dong on revenue of around two trillion dong in January-September; up three percent and 15 percent year-on-year respectively.

* DIC No.4 Company (DC4) will float an additional 250,000 shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange on November 21 to raise its total outstanding volume to over 5.2 million shares.

* MB Fund Management Company wants to acquire an extra 2.7 million shares of CEO Investment Company (CEO) to increase its holding from 1.7 percent to around 9.6 percent between November 21 and December 19.

* Individual investor Nguyen Thi Thu Trang has registered to buy an additional 100,000 shares of Viglacera Tien Son Company (VIT) to raise her ownership from 1.5 percent to 2.5 percent over a period of one month starting from November 20.

* HoangTuan Anh, chief accountant of Lilama 45.4 Company (L44), wants to buy 80,000 144 shares over nearly one month starting from November 21.

* The National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) registers to sell 1,171,210 shares of PVI JSC (coded PVI) from November 24 to December 23.

* From October 20 to November 18, Thu Duc Housing Development JSC (coded TDH) sold 2,119,680 shares of the Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development JSC, reducing its holding to two million PPI shares, accounting for 7.98 percent stake.

* Vo Van Chinh, member of the Board of directors of Sieu Thanh JSC (coded ST8) registers to purchase 75,700 shares from November 21 to December 15 to increase the ownership rate.

* The Debt and Asset Trading Corporation (DATC) – an organisation related to Pham Ngoc Thao, Chair of the Board of directors of Son La Sugarcane JSC (coded SLC) sold 680,000 SLS shares from November 3 to November 10.

* Quang Nam Rubber Investment JSC (coded VHG) purchased 277,430 shares of Sao Vang Rubber JSC (coded SRC), increasing the holding to 2,845,146 SRC shares, accounting for 15.61 percent stake since November 12.

* Trang Ngoc Huynh – member of the Board of directors registers to offload 201,280 shares of Can Tho Tourist JSC (coded DLC) under put-through method from November 24 to December 19 to restructure the portfolio.

* Hochiminh City Securities JSC (coded HCM) purchased 100,100 treasury certificates and reduced one million treasury shares of ETF VFMVN30 Fund (coded E1VFVN30) due to implementing the swap transaction.

* America LLC, the major shareholder of Quang Nam Transportation Construction JSC (coded QTC) purchased 3,400 shares, increasing the holding to 432,175 QTC shares, accounting to 16.01 percent from November 13.

* Petec Trading and Investment Company Limited (PETEC) registers to offload  1,273,490 shares, accounting for 10.52 percent stake in Ca Mau Trading JSC (coded CMV).

* Le Van Quy, member of the controlling board of Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering JSC (BTC) registers to sell 6,000 shares from November 20 to December 18.

* The Board of directors of Vietnam Container JSC (coded VSC) plans to advance 2014 dividend to shareholders at 10 percent.

* The Board of directors of Son Ha JSC (coded SHI) has approved the ex-record date to purchase the 2014 second round additional share issuance at 110:10 ratio and 5,000 dong per share from December 5, 2014 to December 12, 2014. Besides, the 2014 dividend will be advanced at 300 dong each with the expected payment date on January 8, 2015.

* The Southern Battery JSC (coded PAC) has announced the consolidated financial statement for Q3/2014 with a net revenue of 526.6 billion dong, up nearly 10 percent but the after-tax profit was 16 billion dong, down more than 12 percent year-on-year.
