* Ho Thi Kim Thoa, a relative ofHo Quynh Hung – chairman ofDien Quang Company (DQC), has registered to sell 1.68 million DQC shares within November. After the transactions, Thoa will cut her ownership at the firm to over 6,400 shares, or 0.02%.

* Saigon General Service Corporation (SVC) said its consolidated net profit jumped 4.3 times year-on-year to VND46 billion in the third quarter of this year thanks to a 45.9% on-year increase in its gross profit. Its revenue inched up 0.8% year-on-year to VND3.49 trillion in the period.

* Hoang Anh Minh, a relative of Chairman Ngo Chi Dung ofVPBank (VPB), has acquired over seven million shares in the bank, exceeding the buying volume previously registered at 6.5 million shares. Minh now holds over 125 million shares at VPB, or a 4.9% stake.

* Pham Thi Thu Ha, chairwoman of Postal Construction and Investment Company (PTC), has acquired over 8.7 million shares at PTC, or a 48.78%. Meanwhile, Pham Vinh Phu, a member of the board of controllers, has offloaded his entire 2.2 million shares at the firm, or a 14% stake.

* Mekong Fisheries Company (AAM) has chosen November 8 as the record date for shareholders to receive a 2018 cash dividend at 5%. It will make the payment on November 29.

* Tan Tao Investment-Industry Corporation (ITA) said its consolidated net profit shot up 60.6 times year-on-year to VND82.9 billion in the third quarter of this year thanks to an increase in gross profit. Its revenue advanced 147.5% to VND234 billion in the period.

* Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation will auction 2.5 million shares of Dong Viet Thanh Company on November 21, with the startirIg price set at VNDI3,000. Located in Dong Nai Province, Dong Viet Thanh is capitalized at VND 100 billion and operates in the tobacco and warehouse service sectors.

* Nguyen Duc Manh, vice chairman and deputy general director ofTNG Trade and Investment Company (TNG), has registered to buy one million TNG shares from now to November 28. Currently, Manh owns nearly three million shares at the enterprise, equal to a 6.08% stake. The TNG share price is around VND15,500 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
