* Vietnam Airlines (HVN) has announced its business results this year, with revenue estimated at VND101.2 trillion, up VND2.2 trillion against last year, and pre-tax profit at VND3.4 trillion. HVN looks to book VND 110.6 trillion in revenue and carry 25 million passengers next year.

* Development Investment Construction Corporation (DIG) has set high targets for 2020, with consolidated revenue projected to soar by 40% against 2019 at VND3.5 trillion and pre-tax profit expected to leap 55% at VND850 billion. The firm made some VND 1 trillion in net revenue and VND400 billion in pre-tax profit in the fourth quarter of 2019, up 43% and 72% year-on-year.

* Binh Thuan Agriculture Service JSC, or Bitagco, has been allowed to trade 28.8 million shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) under the code ABS.

* Khang Minh Brick Company (GKM) has passed a plan to withdraw all its capital totaling VND7.9 billion, or a 79% stake, from Khang Minh Gemstone JSC, which was established in mid-2019.

* Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology (PLP) will purchase 6.6 million shares of Tan Viet An Trading and Tourism JSC to raise it ownership in the firm to a 100% stake. Beside this, PLP is planning to buy 780,000 shares in Minh Cam Minerals JSC to spur its stake to 20%.

* PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach2 Company (NT2) has selected January 9, 2020 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2019 first round cash dividend at 10%. The payment date is set for January 31.

* The State Bank of Vietnam on December 27 allowed Saigon – Hanoi Bank (SHB) to raise its charter capital from over VND12 trillion to VND14.6 trillion bye paying 2017 and 2018 dividends in shares. The lender will issue over 251.4 million shares worth VND2.5 trillion to pay the 20.9% dividend.
