*Development Investment Construction Corporation (DIG) plans to issue 48 million shares for existing shareholders early next year. The issue ratio is 0.188-for-1 while the selling price is set at VND13,OOO per share. DIG expects to raise VND619.3 billion from the issuance to invest in Long Tan tourist urban area project in Dong Nai Province.
*Vo Truong Son, a board member ofHoangAnh Gia Lai Agriculture Company (HNG), has registered to sell 500,000 HNG shares from November 30 to December 29 via matching. Son is holding one million HNG shares, equal to a 0.11 % stake.
*CuongThuan mICa Development Investment Corporation (CTI) targets a net profit of VND191.7 billion in 2019, up 30% compared to the previous year. Its revenue is expected to soar 60% to VND1.79 trillion in 2019. CTI made a consolidated net profit ofVND105.48 billion on revenue ofVND709 billion in January-September period of2018, up 3.2% and down 17.8% year-on-year, respectively.
*TNG Trade and Investment Company (TNG) has passed an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), offering nearly 2.47 million shares at VNDlO,OOO each. The new shares will be not tradable within one year. TNG share price is around VND 19,200 on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
*Sao Vang Rubber Company (SRC) has announced December 7 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2018 cash dividend at 3%. The firm will make the payment on December 24.
*Hoa An Company (DHA) has decided to buy back 500,000 shares with the buying price not higher than VND33,000 per share.
*Cotana Group (CSC) will close its shareholder list on December 5 to issue 10 million bonus shares at a 1-for-1 ratio, thereby doubling its chartered capital from VNDlOO billion to VND200 billion. The new shares will be banned from transfer within two years from the issuance date. Besides, CSC will offer 500,000 hare to its employee at the price of VND10,000.
*Le Tuan Diep, an individual shareholder of Dong Nai Plastic Company (DNP), has offloaded 2.2 million shares at the enterprise to reduce its ownership from 6.6% to 4%.
