Hung Vuong Joint Stock Corporation (HVG) has approved the sale of five million treasury shares between December 11 and January 9 via order-matching and put-through deals, with each share priced at not lower than VND4,000. In related news, the firm’s vice chair Ha Viet Thang sold over 259,000 HVG shares from November 1 to 30 to lower his ownership in HVG to 50,000 shares.

Power Construction Company (PC1) has approved a merger plan between its two subsidiaries. Hanoi No.1 Power Construction Company will be merged into My Dinh No.1 Power Construction Company. The merger is expected to be complete before March 31 next year.

HCM City Infrastructure Investment JSC (CII) ha announced that the Ministry of Finance had sent an announcement to BOT Trung Luong-My Thuan JSC, where Clowns a 50 percent stake, over the allocation of VND2,186 billion from the central budget to a build-operate-transfer (BOT) project on the Trung Luong-My Thuan Expressway, BOT Trung Luong-My Thuan firm is expected to receive the money this week.

Dang Thi Minh Huong, daughter of board chair Dang Quoc Dung of Tien Phong Plastic Company (NTP), has, registered to acquire two million TP shares from December 4 to January 2 next year. Huong currently owns no NTP shares.
