* Vietnam Dairy Products Company (VNM) will spend VND2.6 trillion paying off the remaining 2018 dividend on June 26. The list of beneficiary shareholders will be finalized on June 6. The upcoming dividend is 15%, meaning shareholders will receive VND1,500 for each share held. The firm is trading 1. 74 billion shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

* VNDirect Securities Corporation will issue covered warrants that underline shares of Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) and FPT Corporation (FPT) on June 10, according to vietstock.vn. The firm is among 10 securities companies qualified to issue covered warrants, A covered warrant is a security that gives its holder the right to buy or sell an underlying asset at a specified price on or before a specified date.

* Dinh Viet Thanh, a board member of PVC Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Company (PTL), has announced to buy 10 million PTL shares from June 5 to July 4 to raise his ownership from 13.5% to 23.5%, Thanh is the second largest shareholder of PTL after Petro Vietnam Construction Corporation with a 36% stake.

* KIDO Group (KDC) looks to attain a pre tax profit of VND300 billion this year, up 1.7-fold against last year, Its revenue is expected to rise 9% to VND8.3 trillion. KDC plans to pay a dividend of VNDl,OOO per share for 2018 and VNDl,200 per share for this year.

* Six companies will have their listings on the Hanoi Stock Exchange cancelled in June, taking to 14 the total number of companies subject to compulsory delisting in the first half of 2019, The six firms are Hoa Binh Mineral JSC (KHB), ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC (ALV), ASA Consumer Product JSC (ASA), CMIStone Vietnam JSC (CMI), Song Da Investment and Construction JSC (SDD) and Low Current-Telecom JSC (LTC).

* Vietnam Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation (VOC) has set a target of making VND290 billion in pretax profit in 2019, up 12% compared to last year. Its revenue is expected to reach VND4 trillion in 2019, VOC plans to pay a dividend of VND1,200 per share for this year.
