* Mai Van Chanh, chairman ofNui Nho Stone Company (N C), has offloaded 200,000 shares ofNNC via put-through, cutting his ownership at the firm to 0.93%.

* Nafoods Company (NAF) has passed a plan to issue 3.3 million shares to pay a 2016 dividend for shareholders at 10%, replacing its earlier scheme of offering a 12% cash dividend for 2016. NAP plans no dividend payment for 2017 and 2018.

* The State Securities Commission has given nod to Loc Kim Son Company to raise its stake at VPBank Securities Company to 27.9% for acquiring 6.8 million hares at the brokerage firm. The firm purchased the shares from an individual shareholder named Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen.

* Tonkin Investment Company has bought 800,000 shares of Sao Thai Duong Investment Company (SJF). The investor is now holding over 4.7 million shares at SJF, equal to a 6.04% stake.

* Southern Airport Services Company (SAS) will set aside DI06 billion to pay an interim dividend ofVND800 per share for 2017 on the record date October 15. Currently, the firm has around 133.5 million outstanding shares. The firm will make the payment on October 26.

* Vicostone Company (VCS) estimated to earn a net profit of VND267.5 billion on revenue ofVND1.06 trillion in the third quarter of this year. Previously, Phenikaa Group, a major shareholder ofVCS, spent VND650 billion to raise its holdings in VCS to 80% while Chairman Ho Xuan Nang also acquired 1.65 million shares.

* Thang Long Investment Company (TIG) will pay a share dividend at the-for-100 ratio for 2017. TIG did not disclose information on the date of the payment. In September, Pyn Elite Fund reduced its holdings in TIG to 8.4%, from the revious 15.2%.

* Central Pharmaceutical Company No.3 (DP3) will spend D20.4 billion paying an interim dividend ofVND3,000 per share for 2018 on the record date of October 18 The firm will make the payment on October 20. In the first half of this year, DP3 earned a net profit of VND57.8 billion on revenue ofVND237.6 billion, up 3.3-fold and 51 %year-on-year, respectively.
