* Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp. (PDR) has announced a plan to issue VND150 billion worth of non-convertible, secured bonds at the par value of VND100 million each. The bonds will have a tenor of one year and carry an interest rate of 14% per year, The issuance is slated for the second and third quarters of the year. PDR had earlier issued bonds three times worth a total VND850 billion, with respective interest rates of 14.45%, 12% and 10.5%.

* Saigon-Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS) will spend VND300 billion paying a 2018 dividend of VND1,500 per share, with the record date set at June 20. The firm will make the payment on July 17. SHS has set its target to generate revenue of VND1.3 trillion and pre-tax profit of VND420 billion this year.

* Long Giang Investment & Urban Development JSC (LGL) has passed a plan to buy 960,000 more shares of Rivera Hanoi JSC, or 16% of its charter capital, in the third quarter this year. After the purchase, LGL will raise its ownership at Rivera Hanoi to 4,01 million shares, or a 67% stake, from 3.06 million shares.

* Hiep Khanh Tea JSC (HKT) has decided to resume the operation of its tea production plant in Trung Son Commune, Luong Son District, Hoa Binh Province, setting a target to obtain revenue in the second quarter this year.

* Agri Asia Pacific Limited has sold eight million shares in Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Company (SBT), thus reducing its stake in SBT to 4,84%, or 25.44 million SBT shares, from the previous 6.37%, It is no longer a major shareholder of SBT.

* Nguyen Trieu Dong, chairman of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development & Investment Corporation (CCL), has registered to buy two million CCL shares from June 10 to July 9. After the purchase, Dong will raise his holding in CCL to 5.36 million shares, or a 11.28% stake.

* Pham My Linh, a member of the board of directors at Viet Dragon Securities Company (VDS), has registered to sell 1.8 million VDS shares within one month starting June 10, Once completed, Linh will reduce her ownership at VDS to over 11.9 million shares, or 11.9%.
