* Thanh Thanh CongBien Hoa Sugar JSC (SBT) has got VND1.14 trillion after the sale of al of its 61.7 million treasury shares from September 13 to October 4. Each share was priced at VN18,500.

* The Hanoi Stock Exchange has decided to suspend the trading of Hanoimilk JSC (HNM) shares on the northern bourse from October 7 as HNM has repeatedly violated regulations on information disclosure.

* Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Company (PHC) will close its shareholder list to pay a 2018 dividend of 8 percent in cash and 10 percent by shares on October 22. The payment date is November 10. The firm looks to obtain revenue of 03 trillion and after-tax profit of VND70 billion this year. In the first half of 2019, PHC booked over 01.4 trillion in revenue, up 11 percent year-on-year, and VND35 billion in after-tax profit, up 23%, meeting 48 percent and 50 percent of the full-year targets.

* Le Tuan Anh, a son of general director Le Thanh Thuan of Sao Mai Investment Group (ASM), has registered to buy five million ASM shares to raise his holding to 11.27%. Transactions will take place from October 11 to November 8.

* Southeast Asia Commercial Bank (SeABank) has planned to issue a maximum $400 million worth of five-year bonds on international markets.

* Pyn Elite Fund (Non-Ucits), a major shareholder of HCM City In frastructure Investment JSC (CII), has acquired over 281,000 CII shares to increase its ownership in CII to 27.46 million shares, or an 11.08 percent stake.

* Power Engineering Consulting Company 4 (TV4) has chosen October 14 as the ex-dividend date for shareholders to receive a 2018 remaining cash dividend of 4%. The payment date is October 31.

* Tien Phong lastic Company (NTP) will offer over 8.92 million bonus shares at a ratio of 10 percent to hike its registered capital, according to the Hanoi Stock Exchange The firm will finalise its shareholder list on October 28. Between January and June, the firm made some VND2.5 trillion in revenue, up 20 percent year-on-year, and VND219 billion in after-tax profit, soaring by 46.3%.
