* The Pan Group (PAN) is seeking approval from its shareholders to limit foreign ownership at 49%, ensuring that the enterprise is always a domestic economic organization, said Viet Capital Securities Company. PAN plans to issue shares to existing shareholders for bonus giving at a 1-for-4 ratio to raise its registered capital to VND1.7 trillion between the fourth quarter of2018 and the first quarter of2019. Earlier, PAN completed the issuance of 14.86 million shares, or an 11 % stake, in a private placement to its Japanese partner Sojitz Corporation at VND61,000 each .

* Tan Binh Import-Export Corporation (TIX) has decided to offer 3.6 million shares, equal to 13.6% of the total outstanding volume, to the public at the selling price ofVND25,000. The firm expects to raise VND90 billion from the issuance to invest in a condo building project in HCMC’s Binh Tan District. TIX share price is around VND33,500 but it reports trivial turnover with less than 50 shares transacted per session.

* My Linh Investment Company has earned over VND106 billion for selling 4.75 million shares of CMC Technology Group (CMG) via putthrough. The investor now holds 3.4 million shares at the enterprise, equal to a 5.05% stake.

* Mobile World Investment Group (MWG) plans to issue bonus shares for existing shareholders at a ratio of 1-for-3. The ex-dividend date will be announced once the company obtains approval from the State Securities Commission. However, this issuance should be completed within October or November as per the board’s resolution.

* Petroleum Technical Service Corporation (PVS) has approved a 2017 cash dividend ofVND500 per share. This is the second tranche of a total 2017 cash dividend ofVND1,000 a share. In addition, the board of directors also approved the issuance of bonus shares at a ratio of7-for-100.

* Two investors snapped up an entire 1.6 million shares ofNha Trang Port Company (C ‘H) offered at an auction on Monday. The average winning price was around 12, 00 per share, versus the highest and lowest bidding price ofVND18,600 and VND11,900, respectively.
