* HAGL Agriculture Company (HNG) plans to sell over 87.4 million shares via a private placement at the price ofVND16,000 each. The firm expects to raise VND1.4 trillion from the issuance to restructure its financial status. Earlier, HNG successfully sold over 221,000 bonds to Truong Hai Auto Corporation, which have a face value ofVND1D million each. The firm will use the proceeds to invest in its banana farming project.

* Everpia Company (EVE) has successfully issued US$lD.1 million worth of convertible bonds to Rhinos Vietnam Convertible Bond Private Investment Fund No.4 managed by Rhinos Asset Management Co., Ltd. The five-year notes have an annual coupon of 1 %. Bondholders will be able to convert the bonds into shares at a price ofVND18,245 each one year from the issuance date. EVE will use the proceeds to expand distribution channels and invest in fixed assets and marketing .

* Licogi 14 Company (L14) is seeking approval to trade 15 million shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. The construction firm debuted on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in 20’11 with its share price having reached VND51,600 .

* Khanh Hoa Province’s authorities will auction its entire 1.6 million shares ofNha Trang Port Company (CNH) at the starting price ofVND11,900 each. The auction will take place at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on October 9. The government is now holding a 6.4% stake in the enterprise, having sold l3.5 million shares, or a 55% stake, to Vinpearl Nha Trang Company early this month.

* Saigon Plastic Packaging Company (SPP) will close its shareholder list on September 21 to issue bonus shares for shareholders at a 35-for-1DD ratio and share dividend at a 1-for-1O ratio. Ending the first six months of this year, SPP reported over VND568 billion in revenue and VND6.3 billion in profit, meeting 45.4% and 24% of this year’s targets, respectively.

* Hai Dang Company has registered to sell over 1.3 million shares of Tay Ninh Water Supply Company (WTN) to reduce its ownership to 2.4 million shares, equal to a 22.7% stake. Early this month, WT N old nearly 1.8 million to three individual investors at an auction, with the winning price of around VND13,000 per share.
