* Becamex Infrastructure Development Company (lIC) will spend VND137 billion paying a dividend ofVNDl,OOO per share for 2017 on the record date of’Iuly 20. Currently, lIC has over 137 million outstanding shares. The firm plans to make the payment on August 15. In the first quarter of2018, it earned a consolidated net profit ofVND54.2 billion on revenue ofVND353. 7 billion, up 3.3-fold and 2.2-fold year-on-year, respectively.

* Viet Capital Securities Company has registered to offload nearly one million shares, or a 7% stake, ofKhanh Hoi Service and Investment Company (KHA) to restructure its portfolio. KHA share price has jumped 16.5% over the past month, currently standing at over VND49,300 each.

* Development Investment Construction Company (DIG) will issue around 14.3 million shares to make the dividend payment at a 3-for-50 ratio for 2017. Earlier, guyen Thien Tuan, chairman of DIG, bought 2.7 million shares out of four million shares registered from June 4 to July 3, and guyen Hung Cuong, vice chairman of the firm, acquired two million shares of DIG from June 6 to June 19. DIG earned a consolidated net profit ofVND9.1 billion in the first quarter of2018, compared to a loss ofVND16.2 billion in
the same period last year.

* Kosy Company (KOS) will offer over 62.2 million shares via a private placement this month to mobilize capital for new property projects.KOS will sell the shares at VND 10,000 each, thereby raising its chartered capital to over VND 1 trillion. Nguyen Viet Cuong, chairman of the enterprise, has registered to purchase 32 million shares at this issuance.

* Le Thai Hung, chairman of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation (VIG), will be selling his entire holding of 1. 7 million shares of the firm, or a 5.03% stake, from now to August 6. VIG share price is oscillating from VNDl,500 to VNDl,600 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
