* Dat Xanh Group (DXG) has released its annual general meeting agenda and 2019 guidance, targeting revenue of VND5 trillion and after-tax profit of VND1.2 trillion, which were up by 8% and relatively flat compared to those obtained last year, respectively. The management is proposing a rights issue plan with a 1-for-4 ratio at VND10.000 per share. The proceeds from this rights issue is estimated at VND875 billion, which will be mainly used to fund the Gem Riverside development project.

* Vietcombank (VCB) has registered to sell over 2.3 million shares of Vietnam Airlines (HVN) from now to April 10 to restructure its portfolio. After the transactions, VCB will cut its holding at the national flag carrier to 14.8 million shares, equal to a 1 % stake. The bank is expected to earn nearly VND94 billion on the sale. HVN is seeking approval to move its listing to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange from the market for unlisted public enterprises, or UPCoM.

* Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, deputy general director of Development Investment Construction Company (DIG), will be selling 150,000 DIG shares from now to April 10, cutting her ownership to over 1.1 million shares, or 0.47%.

* Central Pharmaceutical Company No.3 (DP3) has booked proceeds of VND65.2 billion from auctioning a batch of 850,000 shares. This move was a part of the plan to issue 1.8 million shares to fund the construction of facilities of DP3. Of the amount, the firm will issue 850,000 shares for its existing shareholders and 100,000 shares under an employee stock ownership plan. DP3 expects to pay a dividend at VND5,000 per share on the record date of May 6. The firm will make the payment on June 12.

* Pharmedic Pharmaceutical Medicinal Company (PMC) has chosen March 21 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2018 cash dividend for shareholders at 14%. It will make the payment from April 10.

* Hoang Anh Quyet, chairman of Tien Trung Technology Investment and Construction Company (TTZ), will buy one million TTZ shares from now to April 5. Quyet is holding 160,000 shares at the enterprise, equal to a 2.1 % stake.
