* Construction Company 47 (C47) is seeking approval from its shareholders to issue 34.9 million shares in a private placement next year. Of the amount, C47 wants to issue 17 million bonus shares to existing shareholders at a 1-for-1 ratio and 850,000 shares under an employee stock ownership plan at VND10,000 each, and sell 17.02 million shares to domestic and foreign investors at a minimum price of VND20,000 each. C47 expects to use the proceeds to supplement its working capital.

* VI Fund II has become a major shareholder of KIDO Group Company (KDC) after acquiring 412,000 shares of the confectionery firm to spur its holding to over 10,4 million shares, or a 5% stake.

* Shareholders of Thien Long Group (TLG) have passed a plan to issue five million shares in a private placement with the selling price not lower than VND50,000. The new shares will not be tradable within one year from the issuance date. TLG will conduct the plan in last quarter of 2018 or next year.

* The PAN Group Company (PAN) has approved a plan to issue 2.5 million shares under an employee stock ownership plan between December and January 2019. PAN wants to sell the shares at a 1.87-for-100 ratio at VND10,000 each. From January to September, its consolidated net profit dropped 50.8% year-on-year to VND164,4 billion while is revenue jumped 105% to VND5,4 trillion in the period.

* Tu Anh Tuyet, a relative of Dang Thanh Duy – deputy general director of taxi service operator Vinasun (VNS), has bought nearly 524,000 VNS shares, equal to a 0.77% stake in the enterprise. Before the purchase, Tuyet had no shares in the firm.

* Kakazu Shogo, chairman of PGT Holdings Company (PGT), has registered to sell over 829,000 shares of PGT from now to December 7. Shogo is holding over 1.2 million shares in the enterprise, or a 14% stake.

* Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Company (IDV) has announced December 6 as the ex-dividend date to pay a share dividend at 15%. The firm will issue nearly 2.2 million new shares to facilitate the payment.
