* An Phat Plastic & Green Environment Company (AAA) plans to issue VND400 billion worth of bonds in a private placement in the fourth quarter of this year. The three-year notes, with a face value of VND1 billion each, will carry a fixed coupon of 7.2% per year. AAA wants to use the proceeds to invest in the company’s infrastructure and plants in An Phat hi-tech park. The plastic firm made a net profit ofVND152 billion on revenue ofVND5.8 trillion between January and September, meeting 46% and 98% of the year’s targets, respectively.

* Son Ha International Company (SHI) has acquired a 99.78% stake in Toan My Production and Trading Company by issuing over 17.9 million shares to convert for 8.98 million shares ofthe latter. After the issuance, SHI has raised its chartered capital to nearly VND854 billion. SHI share price is around VND6, 700 on the HCMC market.

* Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company (PHR) said its net profit jumped 82.3% year-on-year to VND180 billion in the third quarter of this year thanks to an increase in financial incomes and the decreases in financial and sales costs. Its revenue decreased around 20% to VND294.9 billion.

* Enn Energy Holdings has registered to sell over 943,000 shares of Petro Vietnam Gas City Investment and Development Company (PCG) from now to November 8 to reduce its ownership to over 7.3 million shares, equal to 38.89%. PCG share price has jumped over 168% at VND21,500 over the past year, with matching volume averaging out at 43,000 per session.

* Vicostone Company (VCS) plans to buy back a maximum 3.2 million shares in the fourth quarter of this year. The buying price will be in line with the market price at the transaction time. The stone maker obtained an estimated net profit ofVN.Q267.5 billion on revenue of VND 1 trillion in the third quarter of this year.

* Individual investor Tran Van Tuan has offloaded one million shares of American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation (AMV) to cut his holding to 2.3 million shares, or 8.5%.
