* Century Real Estate Company (CRE) has passed a share issuance scheme to spur its chartered capital from VND5OO billion to VND800 billion within the first quarter of 2019. The firm will issue 30 million new shares: including 7.5 million shares for 2018 dividend payment at a 45-for-l00 ratio and selling 22.5 million shares at a 15-for-100 ratio. Besides, CRE has decided to take out loans worth VND400 billion from local banks to invest in several projects in Bac Ninh Province.

* Transimex, a major shareholder of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Company (HAH), will be offloading its entire holding of 3.24 million HAH shares, or a 6.7% stake, from now to February 12. Earlier, the investor registered to sell the shares from December 10, 2018 to January 8, 2019, but it failed to offload any shares.

* Coteccons Construction Company (CTD) bought back 2.72 million shares out of the total volume of 3.8 million registered for purchase from December 12, 2018 to January 10, 2019. The average buying price was over VND 159,000. Currently, the enterprise holds a treasury stock of 2.88 million shares.

* South Logistics Company (STG) has distributed over 12.8 million shares for 691 shareholders as dividend payment for 2017. The new shares are available for trading. After the issuance, STG has raised its registered capital from VND854 billion to more than VND982.5 billion.

* Nguyen Anh Tuan, vice chairman of First Real Estate Company (FIR), has registered to buy 300,000 FIR shares from now to February 14, thus raising his stake to 8,31%.

* Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Company (TEG) has decided to sell 10 million shares at VND 10,000 each to existing shareholders. The issuance ratio is 514-for-1,000 and the record date is January 28.

* Vietnam Herbs and Foods Compamy (VHE) began trading 8.8 million shares on the Hanoi Sotck Exchange yesterday with the starting price set at VND 15,000. The enterprise was established in 2016 and specializes in herb and farm produce exports.

* Erection Electromechanics Testing Company (LCD) announced January 21 as the record date for shareholders to receive a 2018 cash dividend at 6%. It will make the payment from March 6.
