* ICD Tan Cang-Long Binh JSC (ILB) on May 15 began trading more than 24.5 million shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) under the code ILB, with a reference price of VND22,00 per share. As a member of the Saigon Newport Corporation, ILB is active in the transportation and warehousing sectors.

* Vincom Retail JSC (VRE) will pay a cash dividend for its shareholders at a ratio of 10.5%, or VND1,050 per share. With more than 2,300 million outstanding shares, Vincom Retail is planning to spend VND2.4 trillion on the payment. The payment date is scheduled for June 20. VRE is looking to make VND9.5 trillion in net revenue and VND2.7 trillion in after-tax profit this year, up 6.3% and 11.9% against last year, respectively.

* Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC (PDR) has announced to issue VND 100 billion worth of inconvertible bonds at the par value of VND 1 million each to develop Nhon Hoi-Binh Dinh project. The bonds will have a tenor of one year and carry an interest rate of 12% per year.

* May 29 has been chosen as the ex-dividend date for shareholders of Nha Be Water Supply JSC (NBW) to receive a 2018 cash dividend at 8%. The payment is expected to start from June 26.

* Vingroup JSC (VIC) will present a 2019 business plan, under which its net revenue is targeted at VND 140 trillion, rising by 15% against last year, and post-tax profit is expected to amount to VND6.5 trillion, up 5% versus last year.

* Truong Hai Auto Corporation, or Thaco, an organization related to Do Xuan Dien as a board member of Hoang Anh, Gia Lai Agricultural JSC (HNG), has purchased 69.7 million HNG shares, or a 7.85% stake. The purchase made the firm a major shareholder of HNG. Do Xuan Dien, who is a board member of Thaco, was picked as vice chairman of HNG on May 14.

* Bui Minh Tuan, a member of the board of directors at Transimex Corporation (TMS), has registered to buy one million TMS shares from May 16 to June 14. This purchase would send his ownership in TMS to 14.66%, or over 6.96 million shares.
