* Dat Xanh Real Estate Service and Construction Corp (DXG) plans to hold an initial public offering for its real estate services segment in late 2019 or early 2020. DXG plans to list its remaining four segments – investment, construction, materials and industry – on the stock market by 2023. This year, the group has a revenue target of VND5 trillion, up 7.6% against last year, and expects to pay dividends at the ratio of 20%.

* Traphaco Company (TRA) targets its consolidated net profit at VND205 billion, p 30% against last year, from its revenue of VND2.16 trillion, or a 15% increase, in 2019. In 2018, the firm lost several biddings to its rivals due to high prices of pharmaceutical products, resulting in the failure in meeting the full-year goals. The drug maker also plans to pend VND124 billion paying a dividend at VND3,000 per share for 2018. The firm will hold the annual general meeting in Hanoi City on March 28, said Viet

* Phat Da Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) plans to issue 20 million shares in a private placement at a minimum price of VND25,000 each and 2.7 million shares under an employee stock ownership plan. PDR plans to pay a dividend at a 23-for-100 ratio for 2018 in the second quarter of this year. It targets a net profit of VND800 billion in 2019, up 24.3% against last year, while its revenue is expected to reach VND9 trillion this year, up 319%.

* Nguyen Thi Thuy, wife of Chairman Le Phi Hung of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company (PHR), has registered to buy 100,000 PHR shares from now to April 28 . After the transactions, Thuy will spur her holdling at PHR to over 266,000 shares, or 0.19%.

* Bao Minh Securities Company, which is capitalized at VND500 billion, has passed a plan to issue VND160 billion worth of bonds via a private placement this year. The one-year bonds will carry a fixed interest rate of 8.9% per annum. The firm will use the proceeds to fund proprietary trading and margin lending services.
