* Viglacera Corporation (VGC), a State-owned building materials manufacturer, will move its listing of more than 448 million shares worth a total of over VND4.48 trillion to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange from the Hanoi Stock Exchange on May 29. In its final trading session on the Hanoi bourse on May 17, each share traded at VND20,300. In the first quarter of this year, the firm made VND180 billion in net profit, a year-on-year rise of 51 %, while its net revenue rose 24% to over VND2.26 trillion.

* PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution JSC (PGD) has approved a dividend payment of 18% for 2019. PGD targets net profit of VND189.5 billion and revenue of VND8.17 trillion this year. In the first quarter, PGD made VND43.17 billion in net profit and VND1.77 trillion in net revenue, down 1.7% and up 3.86% from a year earlier, respectively.

* Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLG) plans to spend an estimated VND340 billion buying back around 10 million own shares through order-matching and put-through transactions from May 27 to June 26.

* Vietnam Sun Corporation (VNS) has chosen May 24 as the record date for the 2018 dividend payment in cash at 10%, or VND1,000 per share. The payment date IS expected to be June 12.

* Ha The Phuong, deputy chairman of the board of directors at FECON Corporation (FCN) intends to offload 150,000 FCN shares via matching and put-through deals between May21 and June 19. If successful, he would lower his stake in FCN to some 1.29 million shares.

* Dang Nhi Nuong, chairwoman of American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation (AMV), is purchasing three million AMV shares via matching and put-through transactions until June 14. After the purchase, her holding in AMV would rise to 20.24%, or 5.48 million shares.

* Nguyen Thanh Tuyen, chairman of the board at Construction JSC (MST), is planning to acquire two million MST shares through matching and put-through transactions between May 22 and June 20. Currently, he holds 3.01 million MST shares, or an 8.48% stake.
