* Dat Phuong Company (DPG) plans to issue VND300 billion worth of secured inconvertible bonds in a private placement. The two-year debts will carry a fixed coupon rate of 11.5% per year and the yield will be paid every six months. The company expects to use the proceeds to invest in its projects and supplement its working capital. DPG also plans to borrow VND1.05 trillion from VietinBank to serve its business operation. According to Viet Capital Securities Company, its liabilities climbed 13% from the end of 2018 to VND4.09 trillion at the end of September this year, including short-term debts of VND2.08 trillion and long-term debts of VND2 trillion.

* Due Thanh Wood Processing Company (GDT) will spend VND34 billion paying an interim dividend of VND2,000 per share for 2019 on the record date of December 18. The company will make the payment on December 27. GDT made a net profit of VND23.8 billion on net revenue of VND97.6 billion in the January-September period of this year, down 64.6% and 65.9% year-an-year, respectively.

* PetroVietnam Power Corporation (POW) announced a sales volume of 2.2 billion ‘kWh from January to October, marking a 7.1 % year-an-year growth that was mainly driven by increased output at POW’s thermal power plants. In particular, Vung Ang’s sales volume in October doubled last year’s low base when the power plant underwent medium maintenance and a technical shutdown.

* Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Company (SCR) has approved a plan to issue VND80 billion worth of secured inconvertible bonds in a private placement by the end of 2019. The three-year notes will be offered in the book-entry form at a face value of VND100 million each. In addition, SCR also plans to issue over 27 million shares to pay a share dividend at an 8-for-l00 ratio in the fourth quarter of this year.

* OPC Pharmaceutical Company (OPC) will pay an interim cash dividend of VND1,000 per share for 2019 on the record date of November 15. The company will make the payment on December 12.
