* Hoang Anh Gia Lai JSC (HAG) has registered to buy 24 million shares of its subsidiary Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural JSC (HAG) via put-through transactions from September 19 to October 18. HAG will raise its holdings in HNG to 57.81% or 512.86 million shares, from the current 55.1 %. HNG has got approval from its shareholders to issue 87.4

million shares at VND16,000 each in a private placement. The shares will not be tradable within one year from the issuing date. HNG did not give the timeframe of the issuance, expecting to book proceeds of VND1.4 trillion from the sale.

* Finland-based Pyn Elite Fund, a major shareholder ofCuongthuan Idico Development Investment Corporation (CTI), has offloaded 88,360 CTI shares. Upon transactions, the organization holds over 4.3 million CTI shares, or 6.93%.

* Thien Hai Investment and Trade Co Ltd, a major shareholder of Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade JSC (GMC), has purchased an additional 23,050 GMC shares. The move is to raise its holding in GMC to 8.14%, equal to over 1.26 million shares.

* Nguyen Quoc Nhan, deputy general director ofDIC Investment and Trading JSC (DIC), will be selling his entire amount of 433,335 DIC shares from September 21 to October 20.

* Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (VCB) has announced to put 53.4 million shares of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB) up for auction at a starting price ofVND19,641 per share. The auction will take place at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on October 15.

* Power Engineering Consulting JSC 2 (TV2) has chosen September 24 as the ex-rights date to pay a provisional dividend for 2018 through 5% of shares. The final registration date is September 25.

* Hung Hau Agricultural Corporation (SJ1) will trade over l.12million additional shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on September 21. Therefore, its total share amount will be more than 19.9 million.
