* QUOC Cuong Gia Lai Company (QCG) plans to issue 27.5 million bonus shares at a ratio of 10% to hike its registered capital to VND3 trillion from the current VND2.75 trillion in the third quarter of this year. Besides this, the firm will pay a dividend ofVND640 per share for 2017 on the record date of May 28.

* Vietnam Medical Equipment Company has offloaded its entire 4.4 million shares in Japan-Vietnam Medical Instrument Company (JVC), or a 3.96% stake. The investor is expected to raise over VND16 billion from the divestment. Meanwhile, PYN Elite Fund (Non – Ucits) has repeatedly acquired NC shares since December 2016, spurring its ownership to nearly 12.4 million shares, or an 11 % holding.

* Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Company (KDH) has transferred its entire holding, equivalent to 21.4 million shares, in Dat An Real Estate Trading and Investment JSc. The transaction is valued at over VND214 billion.

* DIC Investment & Trading Company (DIC) aims to earn a pre-tax profit ofVND32.7 billion from revenue of D3.4 trillion in 2018, up 2.5 fold and 46% against last year, respectively. DIC targets a dividend payout ratio of 5-10% this year. The firm continues to offer coal as its main product in 2018. In the first quarter of 2018, DIC earned a consolidated net profit ofVNDl billion from revenue ofVND323.7 billion, up 95% and down 2.3% year-on-year, respectively.

* DRH Holdings Company (DRH) will issue 9.8 million hare for bonus giving at a 1O-for-2 ratio on the record date ofluly-t. After the i uance, DRH expects to raise its registered capital to VND588 billion from the current VND490 billion. The company will also issue 2.2 million shares under an employee stock ownership plan.

* Viglacera Corporation (VGC) plans to move its listing from the Hanoi exchange to the HCMC bourse this year, with procedures scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter. VGC plans to expand its business in Cuba, including upgrading two building material factories and investing in some hotel, golf course and villa projects.
