* FLC Mining Investment and Asset Management JSC (GAB) has decided to cooperate with FLC Group JSC to develop the FLC Quy hon ecological tourism urban area project in hon Hoi Economic Zone in Binh Dinh Province. The project is set to be carried out under a business cooperation contract valued at VND332 billion.

* Nguyen Anh Nhuong Tong, chairman of Media group Yeah1 (YEG), has sold 5.05 million YEG shares to cut his ownership in YEG to eight million shares, or a 25.5% stake, while YEG General Director Dao Phuc Tri has sold one million YEG shares to lower his holding to 1.6 million shares. Each share was sold at a price of some VND50,000. YEG has recently passed a plan to establish two companies/including Your Entertainment Platform JSC (YEP) and Sieu Sao Yeah1 (YSS).

* Nam Song Hau Petroleum Investment JSC ( SH Petro) has submitted a registration to list over 126 million shares with the code of PSH on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), according to an announcement by HOSE. In 2019, the firm reported its consolidated revenue of VND9.2 trillion and after-tax profit of VND123 billion, down 11.4% and 24.2%, respectively, against 2018. This year, NSH Petro targets to earn VND16 trillion in revenue and VND122 billion in after-tax profit.

* IB Securities JSC (VIX) has approved a plan to issue VND200 billion worth of secured inconvertible bonds via private placements in the first quarter of the year. The bond will come with a term of two years and an annual coupon of no more than 12%.

* Mekong Fisheries Company (AAM) has chosen February 26 as the ex-dividend date for shareholders to receive a 2019 second-round cash dividend at 5%. It will make the payment on March 9.

* Lotus Capital, a major shareholder and an organization related to Le Khanh Trinh as chairman of Truong Tien Group (MPT), has registered to sell all its stake in MPT, equivalent to 1.5 million shares. The transaction is scheduled to be conducted between February 24 and March 24.
