* Kienlongbank will launch a credit package worth VND600 billion between December 2 this year and February 29, 2020 to meet loan demand for business, shopping, and home repairs and construction during the Tet holiday. With this credit package, individual clients will be able to apply for a loan from VND50 million to VND10 billion for up to 84 months, while corporate customers can get a loan of a minimum of VND200 million for 12 months.

* Nam Viet Company, or Navico, (ANV) earned US$119.4 million from seafood exports in January-October, up 6% year-on-year, despite unfavorable market conditions. In October, the firm’s tra fish shipments to Mexico and the European Union soared by 84% and 62%, respectively, Its recent report showed that Vietnam’s total revenue from tra fish exports totaled US$1.67 billion from January to October, down 8% against the year-ago period.

* Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Company, or TIC Land, (SCR) has signed a strategic cooperation deal with Lotte E&C, an arm of South Korea’s Lotte Group, through its subsidiary company in Vietnam, Lottle Land, to develop a real estate project. Lotte E&C will pour some US$100 million into the project. Under the deal, TIC Land is in charge of planning and preparing land for the project, alongside completing legal’ procedures.

* Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (DSN) will finalize its shareholder list to pay a 2019 first round dividend of 36% in cash on December 31. With its outstanding 12 million shares, the firm will spend an estimated VND43.2 billion on dividend payment. DSN booked some VND196 billion in revenue in January-September and VND90 billion in after-tax profit, up 4.1 % year-on-year.

* Maritime Bank (MSB) has registered to trade its shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE), with over 1.17 billion shares offered under the stock code of MSB, according to the southern bourse. Between January and September, MSB’s pre-tax profit amounted to VND1.06 trillion, rocketing 267% ‘ear-on-year.

* State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) will put up for auction all its 51 million shares in Quang Ninh Thermal Power JSC with the reserve price set at VND23,800 per share on December 5.
