* F&N Dairy Investment PTE Ltd, a major shareholder of Vietnarn Dairy Products Company (VNM), has registered to buy over 17.4 million VNM shares from January 28 to February 26 to spur its ownership from 17.3% to 18.3%. Earlier, the investor failed to buy the shares during the planned period from December 25,2018 to January 23,2019.

* The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has announced to put An Giang Fisheries Import & Export Company (AGF) into the watch list from January 28 as the firm has suffered losses for two years running. AGF share price is around VND3,800.

* Binh Minh Plastics Company (BMP) said its consolidated net profit fell 25% year-on-year to VND87.5 billion in the fourth quarter of last year while its revenue dipped 3% year-on-year to VND1.17 trillion in the period.

* CII Bridge & Road Investment Company (LGC) has announced to pay a 2017 cash dividend for shareholders at 12%. It will make the payment in two stages, including 6% in the second quarter and the remaining in the last quarter of this year.

* Hoang Thi My Quyen, a relative of Bui Minh Tuan as a board member of Transimex Company (TMS), will be buying 300,000 TMS shares from now to February 22. After the transactions, Quyen will raise her ownership to nearly 310,000 shares, or 0.65%.

* Ben Tre Aquaproduct Export-Import Company (ABT) has decided to advance a 20 8 second round dividend in cash for shareholders at 20%. It plans to make the payment next month.

* Vo Van Lanh, chairman of Mien Dong Group (MDG), has bought 376,000 MDG shares out of the total volume of 500,000 he registered for purchase from December 26,2018 to January 22,2019. Lanh is now holding over 963,000 shares at the enterprise, or a 9.3% stake.

* Mai Phan Cam Tu, finance director of Viet Thai Electricity Cable Company (VTH), has acquired 311,000 VTH shares to secure a 22.1 % stake in the enterprise, equal to over 1.1 million shares.
